1. Eligibility & Registration

• Delegates must be at least 13 years old.
• Complete official registration through the RYCMUN portal.
• Provide accurate and current personal details.
• Individual registrations cannot be converted to institutional teams.

2. Account Use & Website Access

• Some features may require account creation and login.
• Users must maintain confidentiality and refrain from harmful behavior.
• Prohibited activities include spamming, hacking, and posting offensive content.

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds

• Please check refund terms here.
• Payments must be made through official methods on the website.
• Non-payment may result in registration cancellation.

4. Committee & Country Allocation

• Allocation depends on availability and preferences.
• Changes allowed only with approval from Delegate Affairs or RYC President.
• RYCMUN may reassign positions as needed.

5. Code of Conduct

• Professionalism, diplomacy, and respect are expected at all times.
• Harassment or disruptive behavior will lead to disqualification without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content is owned by RYC or its licensors.
• Use of content requires prior written permission.

7. Media Rights & Privacy

• Delegates consent to data collection and event media coverage.
• Media may be used for promotional and educational purposes.
• Data is shared only if beneficial and approved by RYC President.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• RYCMUN is not responsible for damages unless due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. Amendments

• Terms may change at any time with notice via official channels.
• Continued participation implies agreement to updated terms.

10. Governing Law

• Governed by Indian law. Disputes will be settled in Rajasthan courts.
